- Emergency Support – We do not provide emergency support, phone support, or live chat support. Support may take some hours.
- Webmaster help – No support for webmaster issues including coding, installations, or error solving, except server-side configuration issues we can fix.
- Backups – We keep backups but are not responsible for data loss; you are fully responsible.
- No child pornography or illegal material.
- No spam-related sites or materials such as email lists, mass mailing programs, scripts, etc.
- No harassing materials.
- No phishing pages.
- No exploitation scripts; violations may result in immediate termination.
- No hacking attempts; accounts will be terminated to protect other users.
- Malicious botnets strictly forbidden.
- Spam, mass mailing, or email marketing forbidden.
- Malicious hacking materials, trojans, viruses, or bots forbidden.
- Resource and cronjob abuse forbidden; may result in suspension or termination.

- No fake/disposable mailers, mass mailers, mail bombers, SMS bombers.
- No credit or refund for service interruptions due to User Agreement violations.

Payment/Refund Policy
No refunds or cashbacks. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed. Deposits must be used on our services. Filing chargebacks after a deposit may result in termination of future orders and account suspension. Unauthorized or fraudulent use will result in account termination. No exceptions.
Free Balance / Coupon Policy
